Therapists

Suzanne Eng is a licensed creative art therapist from New York; she has experience in psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and couples and family therapy. She is a wife and mother of two, along with two pet guinea pigs. Through her experience, she enjoys providing a safe space to process overwhelming thoughts or cultural hurdles. It’s important to talk about difficult things that connect with your self-awareness and emotions to heal what feels broken. She hopes to offer gentle guidance as your therapist to help you get a new look and fresh eyes.

How Do We Feel?

Twenty four is all about linking all the parts that are missing. It connects all the intimate relationships in my life. I believe that you should take care of yourself all hours of the day. This includes sleeping, eating, dancing and running errands. You must be mindful of almost everything that you do. This is the journey. Living includes you.

For now, I have found my path. It doesn't mean I'm perfect, it means I understand how hard life can be. I've learned more about forgiving myself and finding grace in difficult situations. Amidst the stress of life, we ought to connect more with ourselves and our spirit. This alone will teach us how to feel better.

You shouldn't be alone in your journey. We need one another. I believe in the power of bringing people together. This includes couples, family, friends and loved ones. Connecting with yourself is where it begins and in turn will help improve your connections with others. Start your walking the path to finding your best self.
