The Journey

Find Yourself

Being alone with your thoughts can sometimes lead you to wonder about yourself and those intimately connected around you. Having a space where you no longer feel alone in life can benefit. Life can be hard and often the “ask” isn’t yet known. It is here at this moment someone else can help explore your thoughts and feelings to improve self awareness.

The journey towards self realization is challenging. In this, one can come to mindfulness and awareness of behavior. This may include your interactions with couples, family, friends, and loved ones. Connecting with yourself is where it begins and, in turn, will help improve your connections with others.

What’s Next?

Know and Discover Yourself

Being resilient includes all about linking all the parts that are missing. It brings connections to all the intimate relationships in life. Self awareness is the realization that you matter even when you don’t feel present. What you’ve experienced can trigger hurt and pain. The feelings memories bring won’t ever go away but can fade and talking about them lessens its power.

At Twenty Four, our philosophy and style includes all the parts that are unseen. As an individual there are counterparts which exist alongside you always. We all come from a system, in whatever shape or form. This can exist in families, chosen families or communities. Examining those systems in a space of exploration while supporting difficult emotions is key.

We believe in empowering you and self awareness is often the key to managing your emotions and how you choose to live your life. Creative art therapy is used to help manage and discover your innermost reflections of how you think and feel. It is here where that can be fostered and encouraged. It is a collaborative experience using an integration of therapies unique to your needs.

Our Services

  • With individuals, we specialize in knowing one’s self better through careful and attentive exploration of feelings and thoughts.

Anxiety and Depression are often familiar for individuals and can lead one down a spiral that feels never-ending. Being able to reframe, understand and gain new perspectives requires exploring feelings that have been buried. It’s a path often taken because of its familiarity.

  • My approach is tailored to each client and their needs whether or not you require pre-marital advice or have conflicts that are "on repeat" or "stuck," I enjoy bringing people together and learning how and the "why" distance has occurred.

Sometimes partners get into conflict concerning chores or don’t feel supported or connected with their spouse. Breaking down the walls of resentment require a mediator who can help a partnership melt down the walls that get built up.

  • Art therapy is best in person; however, I've found a creative solution in this digital age that involves using an interactive experience and platform. Learn more about how to use art as a creative therapy outlet. Groups are available if there is enough interest. Send an email about the group if you'd like to participate.

  • Together in a small group, we can find community and commonalities that can bond people and provide more understanding and empathy. This can lead to dispelling that feeling of loneliness but also empowering individuals. Art Therapy can also be used in this group to provide another creative outlet.

  • ADHD can be daunting for individuals and couples to handle alone. In this, more concrete support is needed. At Twenty four we can provide not only help with anxiety and depression but also tools to help become more fully aware but also to cement help with executive functioning.
