The journey towards self realization is challenging. In this, one can come to mindfulness and awareness of behavior. This may include your interactions with couples, family, friends, and loved ones. Connecting with yourself is where it begins and, in turn, will help improve your connections with others.

At Twenty Four, our philosophy and style includes all the parts that are unseen. As an individual there are counterparts which exist alongside you always. We all come from a system, in whatever shape or form. This can exist in families, chosen families or communities. Examining those systems in a space of exploration while supporting difficult emotions is key.

We believe in empowering you and self awareness is often the key to managing your emotions and how you choose to live your life. Creative art therapy is used to help manage and discover your innermost reflections of how you think and feel. It is here where that can be fostered and encouraged.
